1. Nothing is forever, it’s about the choices you make every single day.
  2. Love is in everything we do or don’t, who we are or aren’t. I have found that it is quite imposible to over-rate love. What’s over-rated is what you do with it, or for it.
  3. Love is truly blind but it sees with eyes that can penetrate even the thickest of walls, where there is no light nor the weakest flicker of a flame.
  4. Work is love made visible, as once uttered by Kahlil Gibran. How else would you describe why we do the things we do, beyond the call of duty, accomplishing things for which there is no price.
  5. You can’t possibly love someone until you learn to love yourself. Thinking you can is conveniently deluding yourself.
  6. What does self-love means? For me it’s about respecting yourself, which means not doing anything stupid that can mess up your own head and screw your life sideways. Though this lesson is best learnt after one has royally screwed themselves silly and fortunately, lived to tell the tale.
  7. Without love, everything is meaningless. Nothing is worth the trouble of living yet another day.
  8. Without someone to love, one need not be loveless. See item #6.
  9. What’s the best way to show love? Just be kind, with your time, thoughts, words and deed. If your day is going downhill and you can’t feel love at all, then seek it from others. If you’ve given your share, if you’ve deposited enough, you will get some back, and sometimes from the unlikeliest (is there such a word?) sources.
  10. To live your life, you need to love. Just one is enough, at least for starters. It can be a partner, a child, a parent, a pet. It can even be your job, a hobby or a prized possession. But just find a reason, just one reason. Pour all your heart and soul into this love, and you will find that it is enough.
